Creating content that provides instructions for weapons, explosives, or harmful substances
Generating content that could endanger public safety or health
Producing content that promotes self-harm or suicide

Creating content that violates the privacy rights of others
Producing content that constitutes defamation or libel

You retain ownership of any original content you input into Hemmai. However, you grant us no rights to this content as all processing occurs locally on your device.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

The legal status of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction. We make no representations regarding your ownership rights to AI-generated outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of outputs
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WALKING PUFFIN LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Software
Damages resulting from any content generated by the AI

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Your use of Hemmai
Your violation of these Terms
Your use of AI-generated content
Any content you create or distribute using the Software
